Monster Eyeball Cake Pops

These fun and spooky cake pops look like creepy monster eyeballs but taste like delicious chocolate cake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting
  • 2 cups white candy melts
  • 20 candy eyeballs
  • Red and black food gel for details
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions:

  1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cake into fine crumbs and mix with vanilla frosting until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into each cake ball, then dip them into the melted candy coating. Let the excess drip off.
  6. Place a candy eyeball in the center while the coating is still wet.
  7. Use red and black food gel to draw veins and make the eyeballs extra creepy!
  8. Let them set, then enjoy your spooky treat!
