Jack-O-Lantern Stuffed Peppers

A fun and healthy Halloween dinner idea!
Ingredients:
- 4 orange bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and scoop out the seeds.
- Carve jack-o’-lantern faces into the sides.
- Cook ground beef, then mix with rice, tomato sauce, and seasoning.
- Stuff the peppers and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
