Monster Eyeball Cake Pops

These fun and spooky cake pops look like creepy monster eyeballs but taste like delicious chocolate cake!
Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- ½ cup vanilla frosting
- 2 cups white candy melts
- 20 candy eyeballs
- Red and black food gel for details
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions:
- Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into fine crumbs and mix with vanilla frosting until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white candy melts according to the package instructions.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each cake ball, then dip them into the melted candy coating. Let the excess drip off.
- Place a candy eyeball in the center while the coating is still wet.
- Use red and black food gel to draw veins and make the eyeballs extra creepy!
- Let them set, then enjoy your spooky treat!
